Atlantica Oasis Hotel

Don’t even bother the dirtiest hotel, with the grumpiest staff and nothing for the children to do. No evening entertainment. The hotel is in an awful location it’s in the ghetto of Cyprus. Near nothing. The maintenance is poor and well the mattresses would make you puke at the state of them. It’s unsafe for children and the food is not suitable for them. Adult hotel trying to cater for families. TUI sold an absolute dream and we got disaster it’s nothing like the advert

We are just on our way home after a lovely week at this hotel. No complaints at all on the food, It was absolutely lovely even for my partner who is a very fussy eater. I know the pounds will of piled back on but hey ho. The hotel itself is lovely and well kept but our cleaners were not great and our sheets were not changed. Soap not replenished nor coffee miks etc unless I left the drawer open. Our room was a premium double and was really nice...2515. The bingo at 9pm each night was great as the prize money was over €300 so bring your dabbas if you like a game. The entertainment was very poor and boring at night so we went out after the bingo. We went on the catamaran booked through the tui rep which was a great day out and well worth €70. The surrounding area is not great and not many good places to have a decent drink. We did find Happy Jack's and Malibu. One left and one right at main Rd. The worst part about this hotel is them charging €100 to keep your room on which is daylight robbery but they aren't bothered. We don't mind paying but this is excessive and for this reason we won't return to this hotel or the area. Don't let that put you off though as it was a good relaxing holiday. I hope management take on board that €100 is way too much and that at least dick turpin wore a mask!!!

Stayed half term (uk) end of May, with my partner and our 12 year old daughter. A mixed bag, truth be told. The staff and overall standards of the hotel are great, and the food is excellent. The main pool area is lovely and for the money paid to stay here it would be harsh to give it less than 4 stars. However, it’s only fair to point out a few details that make this a resort you’d be unlikely to return to. First of all - location. This is basically a hotel on the outskirts of Limassol city, surrounded by residential blocks. For many people, a stroll around the local area is a big part of their holiday, and that simply isn’t an option here. The noise from the large amount of traffic is rather persistent and doesn’t contribute to a particularly relaxing atmosphere. The hotel cannot be blamed for this, and they do not claim to be a beachside hotel, but the immediate environs are not your typical “resort” filled with bars, shops and restaurants. There is a pub across the street called the Nag’s Head, but that’s about it. Rooms. We had to pay to upgrade to a bigger room. Whilst the room we were given was lovely, and recently refurbished, it was smaller than a Premier Inn room and our daughter would have had to spend a week on a tiny sofa bed. Frankly, that’s not good enough. TUI are very light on detail about the rooms and that’s deliberate in my opinion. Whilst you may not spend much time in them, you still need space to move around and that was sadly lacking. We were moved to a room with a separate bedroom and it was lovely. Again though, it’s important to point out that the hotel staff were excellent in dealing with this, but the advertising is vague about what you may end up with. The walls are paper thin so you’ll be hearing more than you’d probably want to. Food & Drink. Breakfast lunch and dinner are all served in the main buffet restaurant. The staff are efficient and you won’t be kept waiting. The choice and quality of food at mealtimes is excellent. Huge variety and anyone complaining really is wide of the mark. Drinks. For the beer drinkers, you’ve got Keo or Carlsberg lager to choose from. Both very ordinary, and I hate to say this but I suspect slightly watered down. The cocktails are similarly very weak. I think this may be a way to stop people from being too drunk as this is 99% an All Inclusive resort (and let’s be honest, the English can be the worst for this overdoing it on the booze). We ate in the Al a carte restaurant and the food and wine in there were excellent. Book early. Sun beds. Basically, if you don’t have your towel down by 8am you’ll be struggling, and in peak season I can barely imagine how bad it must get. The pool area is fine though and if you have your beds for the day you’re all set. Had a massage in the spa, was well worth the money, and the indoor pool and gym are in great condition. Fantastic hotel lovely decor. Very friendly staff excellent food always something different cooked to perfection. Out side and in side aways very clean. The best snack bar I have ever had. Well done all at Atlantic oasis .for a great holiday 😀

We are currently staying at the Atlantica oasis and can honestly say you couldn't get better. I was skeptical going to an all-inclusive hotel but the food is absolutely amazing breakfast lunch dinner snacks you couldn't get better out there . The staff are all so lovely and welcoming there are 6 of us but they always find us a table sitting together which we are very grateful for. Staff at reception lovely also and bar staff at all bars . We love the adult pool but the big pool is great too. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day . We will be back to Atlantica Oasis you have a gorgeous hotel here with amazing service and staff. Thank you

Nothing to gripe about at all. Adult only pool if preferred. Food good. Indoor pool. Better than Mayfair (Paphos) which I’ve been to several times. Good room with double bed (I think this was an upgrade option). Staff and entertainers very friendly. Bar open to midnight for All Inclusive, can then pay until 00:30.
